This week’s trap counts were similar to slightly higher than last week and last year for both bollworm and tobacco budworm. However, they are simlar to lower than long term average trap counts for this time of year. Corn is likely the primary destination for bollworm moths at this time, so high larval pressure in other crops is not expected.
