The 26th annual National Conservation Systems Cotton and Rice Conference is scheduled for January 31 and February 1, 2023

LOUISIANA GOVERNOR JOINS 117 RESEARCHERS, FARMERS AND CONSULTANTS WHO WILL ADDRESS MID-SOUTH FARMERS IN BATON ROUGE THIS MONTH

Governor John Bel Edwards will give the Keynote address as he joins  researchers, farmers and  Certified Crop Advisors, who will speak at the upcoming Conservation Systems Conferences. The 26th annual National Conservation Systems Cotton and Rice Conference, Southern Soybean and Corn Conference, Delta States Irrigation Conference and Southern Precision Ag Conference is scheduled for January 31 and February 1, 2023.

Farmers and other attendees will be able to learn the latest research being conducted in labs and farms by researchers, farmers, certified crop advisors and applied on farms throughout the Mid-South. The Conferences will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Conference Center.

The conferences will mark the 26^th year that Mississippi State University along with six other Mid-South State Universities has Co-Sponsored the conferences. The other university Co-Sponsors are:, Auburn University, University Of Arkansas, University of Missouri, LSU AgCenter, University of Tennessee, and Texas A & M.

Farmers and Certified Crop Advisors from Mississippi are: Will Hart, Sledge Taylor, Andrew Lewis and Tucker Miller lll.

Researchers from nine universities, farmers and Certified Crop Advisors from seven Southern States and agriculture industry will make presentations.
